Materials Check-Out

There are numerous materials available for teachers/schools to check-out from GYSTC!  This list is just a sampling of what we have.  Please contact us to see if we might have what you need.

AT&T Mobile Technology Lab – This lab includes 10 microscopes with accompanying laptop to aid in caputuring microscopic images and recording. Please check the availability calendar below before completing the request form.

Star Lab Planetarium – We have two (Lab A and Lab B) available for check-out to member systems. Please check the availability calendar below before completing the request form.

Sphero Robotics – We have a kit of 12 Sphero robots available for classroom use.

RoboRobo Robotics Kits – 15 kits are available for check-out to member systems.

Science Discovery Kits – These are the same popular kits schools can use to host a Family STEM Night/Day.  Teachers may check out kits for one week at a time. (Check out the title link for the listing of kits.)

Math Discovery Kits – These kits are a great addition to a STEM Night/Day or just for use in your classroom. (Check out the title link for the listing of kits.)

Our Shared Forest Kits – Learn about bird migration and Ecuadorian culture through any of these 25 activities on loan to GYSTC from the State Botanical Garden of Georgia.

Garden Earth Naturalist Kits – Engage students in any of these 25 activities to explore their environment.  Thank you to the State Botanical Garden of Georgia for making these kits available to our region!

To request a loan of these or any of our other materials for classroom use, please complete this form.  Unless otherwise arranged with Oconee River GYSTC, all materials are on loan for one week with the teacher responsible for pick-up and return to Winterville.
